About the Role

Instagram Growth Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a
growth strategy
to increase followers, reach, and engagement.
Conduct
Instagram SEO
including keyword research for captions, bios, and hashtags.
Create
content guidelines
and optimize existing posts for higher visibility.
Suggest and plan
Reels ideas
based on trending audio and niche relevance.
Analyze account performance and provide
weekly insights & growth reports
.
Research competitor pages and identify whitespace opportunities.
Assist in improving overall
brand presence, storytelling, and audience connection
.

Skills & Requirements

Proven experience managing or growing Instagram accounts (preferably in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or retail niches).
Strong understanding of:
Instagram SEO
Reels growth framework
Hashtag strategy
Content hooks & engagement triggers
Ability to analyze insights and make data-driven decisions.
