Create Curate:

Collaborate with the content team on eye-catching photos, videos, Stories, and Reels.
Keep a consistent and engaging posting schedule.

Engage Grow:

Interact with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and build a vibrant community.
Partner with influencers and brand ambassadors.

Analyze Optimize:

Track and report on key metrics like follower growth and engagement.
Use data to tweak and perfect our strategy.

Run Campaigns:

Plan and execute cool campaigns, contests, and partnerships.
Monitor and adjust campaigns for max impact.

Requirements:

Experience:
0-3 years managing Instagram, with a history of growing big accounts.

Skills:

Deep understanding of Instagram features and trends.
Strong content creation and visual storytelling abilities.
Proficient with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later.
Analytical with a love for data.

Education:

Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar.

Personal Traits:

Creative and trend-savvy.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Team player with great communication skills.
