Role Description

Any mechanical engineer having good exposer of Pressure vessel, heat exchanger, column fabrication and shop Quality available here with exp range minimum 5 years Location is Dahej Project is for 1 years Minimum Immediate joiner required Job Profile Candidate must aware of ASME Sec VIII-Div-ICandidate must knowlage of along seam set up, circ seam set up procedure and check points Candidate must have knowlage of check point as Qc engg for before welding, during welding and after welding followed by PWHT and preheat and inter pass temperature range Candidate must have knowlage of final dimension inspection of pressure vessel/heat exchanger like Nozzle orientation, tilt, projection, elevation How to check radial and tangential nozzles Candidate must have knowlage of dished end inspection & Tuvesheet inspection Nozzle cut out marking Allingment and reinforcement tolerance Hydrostatic test Pneumatic test TTJ joint Pneumatic test Skelton and bundle inspection check point She’ll side and tube side hydro test Paint inspection,draining and drying, N2 purging knowlage Joint categories knowlage as per UW 3 Why and when full radiography and spot radiography required in vessel Basic of NDT-DPT/UT/RT Raw Material Inspection at procurement stage and RMTC review-Must aware of ASME Sec-II- Part A NOTE: THIS JOB IS NOT FOR SHUT DOWN ENGG AND CANDIDATES
