Position: Inspection Coordinator

We are urgently hiring an experienced Inspection Coordinator for major long-term projects in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in inspection, corrosion monitoring, QA/QC, and asset integrity across refinery, petrochemical, gas, fertilizer, and LNG facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate inspection and testing activities for ongoing projects.
• Review and implement inspection and test plans (ITPs).
• Ensure compliance with client specifications, international codes, and project requirements.
• Supervise and guide site inspection teams (NDT, corrosion, coating, welding).
• Support asset integrity programs through timely inspection, documentation, and reporting.
• Manage QA/QC documentation, NCRs, corrective actions, and final dossier preparation.
• Interface with clients, EPCs, and vendors for inspection-related issues.
• Monitor progress and prepare daily/weekly inspection reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Inspection, Corrosion, QA/QC, or Asset Integrity roles.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in refinery, petrochemical, gas plant, fertilizer, or LNG sectors.
• Familiarity with international codes and standards (API, ASME, ISO, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of inspection techniques and risk-based inspection (RBI).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Certifications (not mandatory but advantageous):

• API 510 / 570 / 653
• NACE / AMPP Certified
• CSWIP / AWS CWI
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
