Job Description

Role Overview: As a People Analytics professional, your role involves transforming data into actionable insights to support evidence-based HR decision-making. You will design, develop, and manage advanced dashboards and data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and other modern BI platforms. Building strong partnerships with key stakeholders in HR and the business is crucial to understanding challenges and providing actionable data solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning solutions for HR analytics - Manage end-to-end data workflows including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) - Design and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports on key HR metrics - Ensure data accuracy through thorough testing and quality checks Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics, specializing in people analytics and HR data analysis - Proficiency in RStudio/Python, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, machine learning, statistical analysis, and cloud platforms - Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM data structures and reporting tools is desirable Additional Company Details: As a member of the Global People Analytics team, you will collaborate with key stakeholders within Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Services, and HR Information Systems.
