Inside Software Sales Specialist

As an Inside Software Sales Specialist at our company, you will be an integral part of our team working towards achieving ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Your role will involve making numerous calls per day to generate leads, qualify prospects, and ultimately close sales. Your responsibilities will include generating leads through telecalling or cold calling, managing leads, and collaborating with customers and internal sales team members. You will also be responsible for managing calling data and leads in CRM, updating leads, and assigning them to designated Sales Account Managers. Additionally, you will be involved in preparing marketing reports based on CRM updates, coordinating email and marketing campaigns, and managing vendors. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, be willing to work under pressure, and embrace challenges. A degree in any specialization, with a proficiency in sales and marketing, is required. Previous experience in software sales is advantageous, as is a strong background in using CRM or related ERP systems. The market focus for this position will be India, UAE, and KSA. The work location for this role is in Kochi.
