Inside Software Sales Specialist

We are seeking a talented fresher to join our team as an Inside Software Sales Specialist. In this role, you will excel in a fast-paced sales environment. Your primary responsibility will be to contribute significantly to our customer acquisition and revenue growth goals. Making numerous calls daily, you will be instrumental in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and ultimately closing sales. Key duties include lead generation through tele-calling or cold-calling, lead management, and ongoing communication with customers and the internal sales team. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating lead information in the CRM system, as well as assigning leads to the appropriate Sales Account Manager. Additionally, you will create marketing reports based on CRM updates, coordinate email and marketing campaigns, and manage vendor relationships. Strong communication skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to work well under pressure and embrace challenges. The ideal candidate will hold a graduate degree in any specialization, with a strong background in sales and marketing. Previous experience in software sales is a plus, as is proficiency in working with CRM or related ERP systems. The position involves catering to the India, UAE, and KSA markets, with the work location based in Kochi.
