Maintain in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of all products, their features, and benefits to effectively present them to customers.
Demonstrations:
Showcase and demonstrate products to customers to highlight features and benefits.
Showroom maintenance:
Keep the showroom neat, organized, and visually appealing, ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively.
Transactions:
Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions, handling cash and credit sales.
Customer support:
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.

Additional duties

Relationship building:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Promotional activities:
Participate in sales events, promotions, and potentially trade shows to generate leads and drive sales.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other team members and departments to achieve overall sales goals.
Market awareness:
Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.
