Inside Sales/Telecalling

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the achievement of our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Your responsibilities will include sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails in the India region and abroad, understanding customer needs and requirements, and routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure. Additionally, you will be expected to close sales, meet quarterly revenue and lead generation quotas, research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and collaborate with channel partners to build a pipeline and close deals. You will be responsible for meeting all monthly quotas for cold, active, and inactive calls, appointments, and meetings. It will also be essential for you to understand client needs, offer solutions and support, answer potential client questions, and follow-up on call queries. The ideal candidate for this position should have 6 months to 2 years of inside sales experience, with a strong emphasis on IT Services. Freshers are welcome to apply. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is required, along with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward achieving sales goals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, enabling you to effectively call, connect, and interact with potential customers. Additionally, possessing excellent analytical and time-management skills will be beneficial in fulfilling the responsibilities of this role.,
