Inside Sales/Showroom Executive - Female

Key Responsibilities: Greet and attend to customers visiting the showroom. Explain the features, advantages, and specifications of aluminum windows, profiles, and systems. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations. Prepare and share quotations, price lists, and product brochures with customers. Follow up on inquiries, leads, and quotations to convert them into sales. Coordinate with the production or design team to ensure feasibility and customization requests. Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and well-stocked. Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and online inquiries related to showroom products. Record and maintain customer information, sales data, and feedback. Assist in after-sales support, delivery coordination, and customer satisfaction follow-ups. Support marketing initiatives such as product demos, events, and promotions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, showroom management, or a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) . Proficiency in addition to English.
