Key Responsibilities: Supervise installation and service activities for windows, doors, and related systems at project sites. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of work. Conduct site measurements, quality checks, and final inspections . Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation or service. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company standards at all sites. Maintain daily work progress reports and update project timelines. Train and guide on-site teams or contractors for product handling and installation. Assist in after-sales service visits, repairs, and warranty claims. Requirements: Experience in site supervision, service, or installation in windows/fenestration/building materials industry preferred. Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple sites and meet deadlines. Good communication skills to interact with clients and teams. Willingness to travel to project sites. Own two-wheeler preferred. Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or related technical field.
