Job Description

Role Overview: As an Inside Sales Team Lead at Innofied, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of the sales team. Your dynamic leadership skills, strong sales background, and ability to motivate and guide a team of inside sales representatives will be instrumental in managing and developing the team, implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring targets are met or exceeded. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of inside sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets. - Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, share best practices, and address any challenges. - Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members. - Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives. - Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. - Develop and execute plans to achieve sales targets and objectives. - Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and evaluate the performance of the inside sales team. - Regularly review and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly. - Prepare and present comprehensive reports to the management team on team performance, achievements, and challenges. - Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes to maximize efficiency and productivity. - Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in inside sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - At least 5 years of experience in B2B Sales dealing with clients from the US or Europe. - Strong understanding of Technology. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales technology.
