● Design and execute hiring strategies aligned with business needs.
● Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing → screening → R1 & R2 interviews → onboarding.
● Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles and expectations.
● Source candidates via job portals, referrals, and social media.
● Evaluate candidates for sales skills, target orientation, and logical reasoning.
● Track recruitment funnel metrics (applied → shortlisted → interviewed → selected → onboarded).
● Ensure strong candidate experience and contribute to employer branding.
● Continuously optimize the hiring process using data-driven insights.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in any field.
● 1+ years of experience in sales / inside sales (preferably EdTech B2C).
● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
● Strong communication in English + regional language, with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
● Ability to manage funnels, plan targets, and report performance.
● Stable career history (minimum 1 year in previous roles).
● Reliable, systematic, and data-driven approach to tasks.
● Work Location: Hyderabad ( On-site )
● Working Days: 6 days
● Work Timing: 10 AM - 7 PM
● CTC: Upto 4.2 LPA
