Inside Sales Support Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, engaging potential customers, and contributing to overall sales growth through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and connect with potential customers via phone, email, and online channels.
• Present and promote company products and services, clearly articulating their value and benefits.
• Qualify prospects, schedule follow-ups, and support the conversion process to closure.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, leads, and opportunities in CRM tools.
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly lead generation and sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to drive joint campaigns and lead conversions.
• Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitor activity with the management team.
• Respond to initial customer inquiries professionally, ensuring a positive experience.

Key Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, tele sales, or lead generation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with persuasive selling abilities.
• High customer focus with a proven sales-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and MS Office applications.
• Self-driven, well-organized, and capable of working both independently and within a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
