Design Draughtsman

Job Summary We are looking for a passionate and self-driven Design Draughtsman to join our operations team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to learn and grow. The position involves visualising product requirements and creating precise technical drawings aligned with our design and functional needs. Key Responsibilities - Understand the product requirements shared by customers or sales teams and visualise them in CAD. - Design products and prepare detailed metal fabrication drawings. - Work closely with the product development team to understand the functionality and construction possibilities. - Ensure drawing accuracy in dimensioning, tolerances, and bill of materials. - Modify existing designs based on feedback or engineering updates. Eligibility Criteria Education: Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Design or related fields. Experience: 0–1 year (freshers with strong CAD skills are welcome). Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Fusion 360 is highly appreciated. Knowledge of any 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) is mandatory. Gender: Open to both male and female candidates.
