Job Title:

Job Summary

We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented Draftsmen to join our team. The role involves preparing 2D AutoCAD drawings, layouts, and designs, with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and timeliness. The ideal candidate should have experience in civil engineering projects, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings, plans, and layouts as per project requirements.
Assist in the preparation of civil engineering drawings, structural details, and related documentation.
Review and update drawings based on feedback from engineers, architects, and project managers.
Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with industry standards and company guidelines.
Maintain drawing records and documentation for all projects.
Coordinate with site teams and engineers for drawing-related clarifications.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma in Civil Engineering
(preferred).
Proficiency in
2D AutoCAD
(mandatory).
Minimum
2 years of experience
as a Draftsman, preferably in the civil/real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of civil engineering concepts and construction practices.
Good attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
