Inside Sales

An Inside Sales executive / Admission Counselor is responsible for guiding prospective students through the enrollment process by offering personalized advice on courses, programs, and admissions procedures. This role requires a blend of strong communication, sales, and customer service skills, with an emphasis on achieving enrollment targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation and Follow-up:
• Contact prospective students via phone, email, and other channels to inform them about available programs, courses, and admissions processes.
• Maintain a pipeline of leads and track follow-up actions to move prospects through the sales funnel.
• Qualify leads based on their interest, eligibility, and potential for enrollment.
• Counseling and Admissions Support:
• Provide expert guidance on program details, career paths, prerequisites, and admissions requirements.
• Assist prospective students with the application process, ensuring that all required documents are submitted accurately and on time.
• Address queries regarding program content, financial aid, scholarships, and any other concerns regarding enrollment.
• Sales and Conversion:
• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas for student enrollment and conversion rates.
• Persuasively promote the institution’s offerings, addressing any objections or concerns potential students may have.
• Keep records of interactions with leads and students in the CRM system to track their status and follow-up actions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
