Position: International Voice Process Sales

Work Mode: On-site

Location: [Hi-Tech City]

CTC: Up to 8.50 LPA-10 LPA (20% hike on current CTC)

Shifts: US Night Rotational Shifts

Week Offs: Fixed Saturday & Sunday

Transportation: Two-way cab facility available

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: (10+2), (10+3), Any Graduate or Post Graduate
Experience: Minimum 2 years in international sales (voice process)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Engage with potential international customers via outbound calls to promote and sell company products/services
Understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions to drive conversions
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Handle objections confidently and resolve customer queries effectively
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on global market trends
Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
Uphold high standards of professionalism, communication, and customer service
