Salary: 4.2 Lakhs Per Annum (1.8 Fixed + 2.4 Variable)

Probation Period: 3 months

Work Hours: 10 am -7 pm

Work Days: Monday to Saturday

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive (B2C) located in Chennai. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential customers, providing excellent customer service, and closing sales. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, handling inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Sales skills with the ability to close deals
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant experience in a sales role is a plus
