Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to prospective clients.
  • Understand customer needs and offer suitable products/services.
  • Generate, qualify, and nurture leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client information and interactions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and field sales teams to develop lead-generation strategies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide product demonstrations via phone, video calls, or webinars.
  • Handle incoming inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Build long-term relationships with existing and new customers to encourage repeat business.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or customer acquisition (B2B or B2C).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
