Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing all customer leads generated by the BD Biosciences various marketing campaigns to maximize lead conversion rate and increase sales opportunities. Your role will involve end-to-end management of leads received through different digital and in-person customer engagements. You are expected to analyze marketing qualified leads, assist the sales team in qualifying these leads, and track the conversion to purchase orders. Strong communication abilities and analytical skills are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all customer leads received through various marketing channels. - Take accountability for converting marketing qualified leads to sales leads and track the process until conversion to purchase orders. - Develop strategies to optimize lead conversion rates. - Generate periodic reports on lead management analytics and lead conversion rates. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Application, to ensure alignment for lead tracking and conversion. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree required; Masters in Biotechnology preferred. - Previous experience working as an inside sales specialist is preferred. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Knowledge of CRM systems is preferred.
