Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Mumbai. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to prospective clients, generating and following up on leads, communicating effectively with customers, and addressing any inquiries or issues. The role demands a proactive approach to sales and customer engagement to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Prior experience in the education sector is a plus
