Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Hyderabad. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include contacting prospective clients, providing product information, closing sales, and maintaining accurate sales records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently
• Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in CRM software is a plus

Experience:

4 -5 Years in Product/Service Inside Sales 9 (Target based).

Language Preferences:

1. Fluent English
2. Telugu & Hindi
