Work Location: Noida, India

Work Type: Onsite 5 days

Working Hours: Night Shift (as per Mexico Time zone)

Language, Education & Industry:

• English (advanced)
• Spanish (Intermediate to advanced) - Highly preferred
• Staffing Industry experience
• Education: Bachelor's degree

Required Skills:

• 2 to 5 years of overall experience in IT Staffing and/or IT Services industry (Perm Placements/Direct Hire, Nearshore Hiring, Managed Services, SOW)
• Individual Sales Contributor role.
• Solid experience in Sales, Business Development and bringing New Logos.
• Prior experience in the following areas: Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, Targeted Outreach, Setup Client Meetings, New Logo, Cold Calling, CRM, Zoom Info, LinkedIn, Nearshore Hiring, Mexico, LATAM, IT Staffing, SOW, Managed Service

• Prior experience with ATS, LinkedIn and VMS tools
• Prior experience with CRM tools - Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Navigator or similar
• Prior experience with HubSpot and Zoom Info.

• Technology understanding is highly preferred.
• Prior experience with Nearshore hiring is highly preferred.

• Ideally supported LATAM/Mexico region
• Excellent English communication skills
• Great personality and interpersonal skills
• Spanish language is highly preferred Skills.
