Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Pune. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as generating leads, managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. The role involves working closely with prospects and customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions. The specialist will also need to maintain accurate sales records and reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Experience in Software service and SaaS business
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Pune
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
