Proven experience in tele calling, lead generation, or sales support. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Strong phone presence and the ability to engage potential clients effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Goal-oriented, with a focus on achieving targets.
