Test Engineer

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Execute comprehensive functional testing for web and mobile applications Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios Perform end-to-end testing, integration testing, and regression testing Work closely with development teams in agile/scrum environments Participate actively in sprint ceremonies, including planning, standups, and retrospectives Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA Conduct API testing to validate backend services and data flow Support test automation initiatives using Selenium Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality deliverables Review user stories and acceptance criteria for testability Provide clear testing reports and communicate findings to stakeholders Preferred candidate profile Outstanding written communication for clear documentation Strong verbal communication for effective team collaboration Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset Team player with a collaborative approach Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
