Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls and online outreach to hospitals, clinics, and doctors to generate qualified leads for partnerships.
Pitch ImpactGuru’s crowdfunding solutions and services to healthcare professionals, highlighting benefits for their patients.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective hospital and doctor contacts.
Coordinate with the business development team to schedule meetings and demos with potential partners.
Follow up with leads to ensure smooth onboarding and conversion.
Maintain accurate lead data and activity records in CRM tools.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
Provide feedback from hospitals/doctors to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.

Requirements

Education:
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience:
1–3 years in inside sales, telemarketing, or lead generation (preferably in healthcare, healthtech, or B2B sales).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.
Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
