Key Responsibilities

Handle
inbound leads
generated via marketing campaigns (website, ads, webinars, referrals)
Conduct
consultative calls
with working professionals to understand their current career path and aspirations
Recommend suitable
AI/ML/Data courses
based on their goals and skill level
Build trust, follow up persistently, and
close enrollment
targets
Maintain lead tracking, CRM records, and feedback logs
Coordinate with the academic team for smooth onboarding of enrolled learners

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in
Inside Sales, Ed-Tech Counseling, or B2C Consultative Sales
Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize and advise
Strong follow-up discipline and target orientation
Prior experience dealing with working professionals or tech learners
is preferred
Comfortable working remotely with basic CRM and spreadsheet tools
Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business, Psychology, Marketing preferred)
