Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative at Radiant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth in a dynamic, tech-driven environment. Your responsibilities will include: - Engaging with inbound leads and initiating outbound cold calls/emails to identify new sales opportunities. - Tapping into the existing customer base to discover new business prospects. - Managing leads and the sales pipeline efficiently using CRM tools. - Following up on leads and proposals in a prompt and professional manner. - Delivering engaging product demos via Zoom/video calls. - Clearly communicating the value and benefits of our IT infrastructure & services. - Leveraging tools like Salesforce, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Demandbase for lead generation and sales forecasting. - Staying organized with excellent multitasking and time management skills. - Participating in team meetings and regular sales trainings to enhance your skills. We are seeking individuals with the following qualifications: - 1-5 years of experience in inside sales/business development. - Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills. - Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools. - Knowledge of IT hardware is considered an added advantage. - A proactive individual who excels in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
