Job Summary

We are looking for a technically skilled Inside Sales Representative with an engineering background to drive sales of our industrial/technical products and solutions. The role requires strong communication and consultative selling skills to understand customer requirements, propose solutions, and close sales while maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Understand customer technical requirements and provide appropriate product/solution recommendations.
• Deliver online product demos, presentations, and quotations to potential clients.
• Collaborate with field sales, engineering, and product teams to provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer records in CRM systems.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, technical specifications, and industry trends.
• Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field).
• 1–3 years of experience in technical/inside sales, customer support, or business development (freshers with strong technical aptitude may also apply).
• Strong technical understanding with ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot preferred).
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and customer-oriented mindset.
