Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative at Adobe, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating passion for inside sales and recognizing its significance in the current sales landscape. - Utilizing your 2-6 years of experience in sales, inside sales, tele-sales, account management, or up-selling to effectively engage with customers. - Showcasing strong oratory and presentation skills to communicate effectively with customers. - Being adept at multitasking, seamlessly transitioning between phone and chat channels to address customer queries. - Displaying tech-savviness and familiarity with basic IT industry concepts. - Showcasing a proven track record of end-to-end customer selling and a sound understanding of the sales cycle and consultative selling approach. - Maintaining self-motivation to engage with customers, solve complex problems, and collaborate with internal teams. - Demonstrating strategic thinking, exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to develop successful sales strategies. - Being a highly motivated and collaborative team player willing to work across different geographies.
