Profile Summary:

A results-driven Inside Sales Representative (ISR) specializing in appointment setting, responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing company products/services, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. Skilled in cold calling, lead qualification, and customer engagement to drive business growth. Strong communication and persuasion skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products/services and generate interest.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Follow up with potential customers to confirm meetings and address initial queries.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of leads.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-2 Year of Sales Experience
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and build rapport with customers.
  • Experience in telecalling, cold calling, or inside sales preferred.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
