Job Description: Inside sales Representative We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside sales representative with fluent communication skills in Hindi and English to join our B2B sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads by reaching out to potential business clients, understanding their needs, and setting up appointments for the sales team. · Key Responsibilities: Communicate clearly and effectively in both Hindi and English to engage decision-makers. · Understand the client’s business requirements and provide relevant information about our product. · Qualify leads by assessing their potential and interest level before passing them to the sales team. · Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets as per company goals. · Handle client queries professionally and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members. · Qualifications: · 6 months to 2 years of experience in Inside sales, preferably in B2B sales or lead generation. · Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English. · Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. · Good listening skills and ability to quickly understand business needs. · Preferred Skills: · Prior experience in B2B sales or lead generation. · Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
