We operate an 8000+ sq ft Coworking Hub in central Delhi and a 20,000 sq ft facility in Gurgaon, with a node office in the Bay Area, California (Silicon Valley). Our mission is to connect the Indian startup ecosystem with Silicon Valley, fostering a collaborative community across our coworking locations and online platform.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in New Delhi. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, managing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing customer service. Daily tasks include reaching out to potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and supporting the sales team in meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Skilled in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Aptitude for Account Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage
