We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team at A One Advisory. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales over the phone, building strong customer relationships and helping expand our client base. Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential and existing customers via phone and other communication channels to promote our services using well-structured scripts
  
• Understand customer needs through effective questioning and close sales accordingly
  
• Provide accurate information about our services and address customer inquiries
  
• Refer qualified leads to the field sales team when necessary
  
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
  
• Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently
  
• Keep detailed logs of calls, customer interactions and sales outcomes
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales or a similar customer-facing role
  
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, preferably through phone-based selling
  
• Proficiency with CRM software and telephone systems
  
• Quick learner with the ability to clearly explain and promote services
  
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Resilient, goal-oriented and able to handle objections and rejection
  
• Strong negotiation skills
  
• Bachelors degree in Commerce or relevant experience in the finance domain is a plus
