KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

hire female candidates who have prior experience in inside sales

and who have basic knowledge about information technology, cyber security and how IT industry works. Some key responsibilities are as mentioned below;

1.Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to identify and qualify sales opportunities.

2.Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.

3.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication.

4.Understand customer needs and present suitable products/services accordingly.

5.Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and delivery timelines.

6.Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services.

7.Collaborate with the OEM team to execute targeted campaigns.

8.Document and track all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

9.Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

DESIRED PROFILE (KEY COMPETENCIES):

נProven experience of 2 to 3 years as an Inside Sales Representative in IT Industry.

נBasic knowledge of IT products and services, how IT industry works, and knowledge of Cyber security services

נwould be a plus.

נExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.

נGoal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

נAbility to work independently and as part of a team.

נBachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field (preferred).

Okhla Phase I, South Delhi for 5 days a week, Monday to Friday.
