Senior Service Sales Executive - Ballast Water Treatment Systems chennai 4 - 9 years INR 0.5 - 0.6 Lacs P.A. Hybrid Full Time

Role & responsibilities General As a Senior Service Sales Executive you will be working from our India office, responsible for the successful completion of BWTS service projects around the world. You will have daily contact with colleagues based in India and our international offices in Shanghai, Singapore, Europe and Panama. You will enter various Mr Marine Academy training programs to ensure your fast development within the company. Individual study hours and on-site training are part of the job. You will be reporting to the Operations Manager BWTS who is also based in Chennai, India. Job Description Responding to requests for quotations from customers, quoting, processing orders, coordinating service attendance, administration and invoicing. Responsive communication with customers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders such as the Technical Service team and the Spares team throughout the project. Making your individual work plan to manage multiple projects in parallel Analysing marine BWTS problems in cooperation with the Technical Services team and identify the right approach for each project Overseeing the planning of delivery of materials to the job Managing and contributing continuous improvement projects to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Mr Marines processes, systems and organization. Preferred candidate profile Educational minimum: first-level university degree, preferable in Engineering Minimum 4 years of related experience in sales operations, service coordination or project management. Proven track record in problem solving and improvement projects. Experience in BWTS and/or the marine sector. Good written and verbal expression skills - Excellent communication in English (written and verbal). Familiarity with an ERP system and Ms Office or Google Suite software applications. Competencies Team player. Thorough understanding of the marine service industry. Excellent operational and commercial experience and skills. Good communication skills (clear and strong, with empathy). Ability to think creatively. Strong analytical, logical and problem-solving skills. Organised and structured. Eagerness for detail. Proactive, knows how to prioritise, efficient and focused on action. Ability to simultaneously manage several projects. Can handle stress, balanced. Independent, positive person.
