As an Inside Sales Officer at Matrix ComSec, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for proactively identifying new sales opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and nurturing leads to facilitate business growth within your assigned territory. **Key Responsibilities:** - Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads, outbound cold calls, emails, and online research. - Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to address product and service inquiries. - Identify and qualify leads, then pass them on to sales managers for further follow-up. - Conduct in-depth research to identify sales opportunities and key stakeholders. - Manage and expand the prospect database in your designated territory. **Qualifications Required:** - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially MS Excel. - Strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn. - Experience in cold-calling and tele-calling. - Expertise in client servicing. - Familiarity with email marketing best practices. - Proficient in market research methodologies.
