Job Description

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

Support in executing
Digital Marketing Campaign
via content, social, and creative coordination.
Ensure regular
Content updates
, including brochures and project media.
Maintain and update
HubSpot CRM
database efficiently.
Support
inside sales
through follow-up calls, emails, and chat communication.
Manage and update the
demo calendar
and
meeting schedule
for sales/demo teams.
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.

Required Skills:

Basic understanding of
digital marketing tools and trends
Familiarity with
CRM systems
(HubSpot preferred)
Good communication and organizational skills
Proactive attitude and ability to multitask
Knowledge of
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
is a plus.
