Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager with a strong background in the EdTech sector. The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing sales team, drive admissions, improve conversion rates, and oversee the complete sales funnel from lead generation to final enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, motivate, and mentor a sales team of minimum 5 members.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Oversee lead qualification, follow-ups, counselling, and conversions.
  • Create and implement sales strategies to improve admission rates.
  • Monitor team performance through CRM reports and daily reviews.
  • Train team members on pitch, objection handling, and product knowledge.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and high-quality communication.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead flow and lead quality.
  • Provide weekly MIS reports to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in EdTech inside sales (mandatory).

  • Proven experience in

    team handling (minimum 5 members)

  • Strong communication skills with fluency in

    one or more South Indian languages

  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing ability.
  • Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, LeadSquared, etc.).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict targets.
  • Graduate or Post-Graduate in any discipline.
