Job Description

Shift Timing: 5:30 PM IST to 2:30 AM IST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting for Sales Qualified meeting as per company ideal customer profile.
  • Conduct research to identify potential customers and market trends.
  • Work closely with the sales team to move qualified leads through the sales process.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute targeted campaigns that generate leads.
  • Provide regular updates to management on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.

Qualification:

  • 2-6 years of experience in the outbound process in US territory.
  • Min 1-2 Yrs experience with cold calling in the U.S. market is required.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with a CRM system (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Knowledge of the US market and sales processes.
  • Experience in the technology industry, preferably in software or SaaS.
