Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth through B2B sales, enterprise sales, and international sales.
  • Manage a team of inside sales representatives to achieve revenue targets by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with key accounts, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies that support sales efforts and enhance brand visibility in the IT services industry.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform data-driven decision making.

Job Requirements :

  • 8-12 years of experience in B2B sales or related field (e.g., business development).
  • Proven track record of success in managing high-performing teams and achieving significant revenue growth through effective strategy execution.
  • Strong understanding of the IT services & consulting industry landscape, including current trends and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients at all levels.
