Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the corporate segment.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at major corporates, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions for clients' real estate needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive Mumbai commercial real estate landscape.

Job Requirements :

  • 8-14 years of experience in field sales or real estate sales, preferably in a similar role within the Mumbai market.
  • Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the local commercial real estate market, including current trends, regulations, and industry players.
