Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Manager based in Coimbatore. The Inside Sales Manager will manage a team responsible for lead generation, building strong customer relationships, and driving lead conversion. Responsibilities include creating sales strategies, meeting monthly sales targets, monitoring customer satisfaction, and maintaining account management practices to ensure client retention and growth.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Experience in fostering Customer Satisfaction and maintaining Account Management practices
• Strong skills in Sales and achieving revenue goals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in an on-site environment in Coimbatore with a results-driven approach
• Experience in sales roles within the education or training industry is a plus
• Laptop & Android phone is mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
