Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to join our team and drive new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and social media
  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings/demos for the business team
  • Maintain CRM records and track the sales pipeline
  • Research target markets and build prospect databases
  • Support marketing campaigns with follow-ups and engagement

Requirements

  • Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred) with 1–3 years of experience in sales/lead generation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (spoken & written English)
  • Comfortable with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email automation
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to grow in a sales career

Compensation & Targets

  • Attractive fixed salary + incentives
  • Monthly sales target will be 10× your fixed salary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,201.31 - ₹25,000.00 per month
