Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Inside Sales & Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will play a key role in generating leads through cold calling, conducting market research, and supporting basic digital marketing activities. This role demands excellent communication skills in Marathi, English, and Hindi , creativity in marketing content creation, and a willingness to travel occasionally for business needs. Key Responsibilities: Conduct cold calls to identify and generate qualified sales leads. Understand customer needs and effectively communicate relevant product/service information. Conduct basic market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential client segments. Assist in digital marketing activities , including posting content on social media platforms. Design basic posters or creatives for campaigns, promotions, or events using tools like Canva or similar. Maintain and update leads database or CRM tools accurately. Follow up on leads to nurture interest and convert them into potential sales opportunities. Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and product demonstrations. Meet daily/weekly/monthly lead generation and follow-up targets. Maintain strong product knowledge and handle customer queries confidently. Prepare and share daily activity reports with the Sales Manager . May be required to travel occasionally for events, client meetings, or market visits. Key Requirements: Education: Graduate in any discipline ( mandatory ). Experience: 1 to 3 years in inside sales, telemarketing, lead generation, or related fields. Languages: Fluency in Marathi, English, and Hindi is mandatory . Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to research and gather market intelligence. Basic proficiency in MS Office , CRM tools , and design tools like Canva (preferred). Interest or prior experience in digital marketing will be an advantage. Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
