Role Description :

This is a full-time, 100% remote (WFH) role focused on one thing: closing deals. You will receive a constant stream of warm leads from our Field Sales team. Your mission is to contact these interested commuters, build trust, explain our service's value, and convert them into paid subscribers for our monthly plans. This role is perfect for a persuasive communicator and a self-disciplined closer who thrives in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

 • Contact fresh leads (provided by the field team) immediately via phone call and WhatsApp.

 • Deliver a clear and compelling sales pitch to convert interested leads into paid subscribers.

 • Understand customer needs, handle objections, and answer all questions about our subscription plans.

 • Achieve daily and weekly targets for new subscriber conversions.

 • Guide new customers through the simple sign-up and payment process.

 • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and sales in our system.

Qualifications

 • Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills (Hindi & English).

 • Self-motivated, highly disciplined, and able to work effectively in a remote environment.

 • Must have a reliable WFH setup: a quiet workspace, a stable high-speed internet connection, a laptop, and a smartphone.

 • Resilient and not afraid to handle customer objections.

 • Enthusiasm for startups and a results-driven mindset.

 • Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree.

 • (Bonus) Proven experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or a similar target-driven role.

Compensation (Stipend + High Incentives)

 • Base Stipend: ₹5,000 - ₹6,000 per month.

 • Uncapped Incentives: This is your real earning opportunity. You will earn:

 1 A significant, fixed bonus for every single sale (conversion) you close.

 • Earning Potential: By hitting your daily sales targets, you can realistically earn ₹30,000 - ₹40,000+ per month.
