Role Description

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage our promotional marketing tents/kiosks at high-traffic locations (e.g., corporate parks, metro stations, office complexes).
• Proactively approach and engage daily commuters to introduce Corporate Cruise.
• Clearly pitch the benefits of our affordable monthly subscription plans.

• Achieve daily targets

  for qualified lead generation by collecting contact details from interested commuters.
• Distribute promotional materials and effectively answer initial questions.
• Report daily on lead numbers and share on-ground customer feedback.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills (Hindi & English).
• Must be a resident of or live very close to the target field areas in Noida/Greater Noida.
• High-energy, self-motivated, and a "people-person."
• Enthusiasm for startups and the transportation-focused industry.
• Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• (Bonus) Experience in field sales, brand promotions, or events.

Compensation (Stipend + High Incentives)

• Base Stipend:

  ₹7,000 - ₹10,000 per month.

• Uncapped Incentives:

  This is your real earning opportunity. You will earn:

1. A bonus for

   every qualified lead

   you generate.
2. A

   second, larger bonus

   when that lead is converted to a paid subscriber by our sales team.

• Earning Potential:

  By hitting your daily targets, you can realistically

  earn ₹30,000 - ₹40,000+ per month just by Incentives.
