Job Summary :- This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. As a Sales Executive, you will focus on converting inbound leads and closing B2B deals from our office. You’ll be nurturing B2C users who pre-register on our website, helping them complete onboarding and converting them into paid customers. In B2B, you’ll be pitching our services to company HR and admin teams primarily through calls and online meetings. You’ll be the primary point of contact from initial interest to successful payment—building trust, guiding users through the process, and ensuring satisfaction. Key Responsibilities :- Exceed monthly sales targets across both B2C and B2B segments. Nurture B2C leads from website registration to payment using structured follow-ups via phone calls, email, and WhatsApp. Guide registered users through the entire onboarding process, understand their specific commute needs, and convert them into long-term paying customers. Identify, pitch to, and schedule meetings with HR/Admin managers of target companies to close B2B corporate deals. Diligently maintain and update the sales pipeline and customer records in our CRM system. Build and foster long-term client relationships to ensure customer retention and satisfaction. Report on sales activity and provide feedback to the marketing and product teams. Qualifications :- 1–5 years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in inside sales, tele-sales, or a similar environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi. High proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho). Comfortable and effective in using WhatsApp and phone calls as primary sales tools. A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals. Responsibilities: Visit key spots in Delhi NCR to generate 100 pre-registrations daily. Set up marketing tents, distribute flyers, and promote our services. Explain ride plans, free km offers, safety features, and referral bonuses. Earn commission for every customer who signs up and starts using our service. You Should Have: Good communication skills (Hindi/English). Street-smart, confident, and target-driven. Smartphone a must, 2-wheeler preferred. Prior sales/marketing experience is a plus.
